Week 2: Updates

I'm still working on the format for lecture notes, but it's getting there. Assignments are now on the top of the lecture notes page. I've also added a couple of new CSS resources. W3Schools has a nice primer tutorial on CSS and a great reference sheet for CSS follow on Twitter
